Diane Gilman Comfort Waist BootCut Jeggings
I am trying to see if anyone else experience what I did when I order the DG2 Jeggings BootCut pants.
I order five of these pants in different colors. I was told three would be on back order. When the first order came it was perfect. I had order “large” and the pants fit just fine. However when the other three pants arrived later although they were a “large” in size they did not fit. I was confused until Iooked at the label and saw the original order where the pants fit fine was made in China and the back order for the other three pants were made in Vietnam. The pants made in China are the right cut for a” large” size for women who wear a size 14 but the pants made in Vietnam the cut is a smaller size and is not a “large”. I had to return all the other pants. I decided to order the “x-large” that came from Vietnam and it is too big. It started out fitting fine so I thought it would be okay and wore the pants only to see as the day when on the pants loosen up and ended up being too big for me. So I am stuck with that pair. I really wish this issue would get to the right people to see the pants coming from China are the right cut for American size 14 women not the ones from Vietnam. DG2 or HSN needs to go back to the distribution center in China to get the pants. You are going to lose business as customers realize the orders from Vietnam are too small and going up a size larger will be too big if they come from Vietnam. Go back to getting the pants from China so I can re-order the pants I had to return.
Yes, that’s happened to me, too. Our circumstances may be a tiny bit different, yet, the sizing issue is huge. This appears to be ongoing. Why? I have no idea. I’d ordered (not recently) several pair of jeans, SAME item number but different colors. It seemed the color was the deciding factor in fit and not the size on the tag in the jeans. I found this to be true in skinny jeans, as that’s what I wear. I’d gotten 4 pair as a gift from my sisters for Christmas (but purchased before the holidays). Only 1 of the 4 pair fit. Thankfully, the other 3 pair were divided up back to my sisters. We are various sizes from 4-8 petite. None of us buy Dg2 any longer due to continual inconsistency in sizing. We’ve found that “Yummy Tummy”, G. Rancic and Hal Rubenstein works best and seem much more consistent in their sizing. :womanhappy:
