Delayed deliver items now cancelled
First, I am told my delayed order is due to a warehouse software issue but not to worry. Then I am told that orders are being hand-packed so delivery dates were unavailable but again, not to worry, because my order was in the warehouse. Then I am told my order was cancelled…and I only found out because I called for an update. The order was full of Christmas gifts. Since I had ordered them before Black Friday/Cyber Monday, I didn’t bother to buy any additional gifts. Now I’m screwed. I ended up spending more than twice what I spent through HSN just to buy substitute gifts. I’ve lost all faith in HSN.
Hi Calew, I re-ordered the Marla Wynn black velvet topper yesterday, (after placing my order on 15 November). Why they cancelled me and then put the item out for sale again makes no sense. It shows packaging so at least I hope to get it this time although its a month later. The velvet pant is so comfortable (love the slouch style with the big pockets), so I hope the topper is just as comfortable. The pant was ordered 15 November also, just rec’d a few days ago. But at least I got them.
I wish you good luck on getting all the pieces you wanted, although it’s way later than it should have been!! I also hate doing waitlist, you never know if the piece is coming or not, when I order I want to know its coming!! I wish they could get Amazon’s people to get their stock and delivery situation improved!!
I ordered a MARLA WYNN velvet topper coat and matching pant on 15 November. Got the pant a couple days ago, today I got an email saying the coat was cancelled. What?? I wait for a month and today you cancel? Now I have to go thru the hassle of returning the velvet pant, don’t need them without the coat. No other colors available in my size. No other site has ever done this to me. Very surprising and disappointing.
Apparently this happens often.
