customer of 35 years blocked because of another person in the upstairs apt
I am a disabled senior and depend on home shopping. recently my upstairs tennant was blocked for returning to many items. they then blocked me as well , will not send anything to this address. Spoke with many supervisors who all agree my account and credit are perfect, but will still not allow me access to my act.Have been an excellent customer for 35 years , since u had to run togged the order in before it sold out, and then there was tooty.LOL. What does everyone think of this incredible unfairness???????? please give me your responses.i am 80 and can’t go shopping. i cry about this all the time.. Thanks for listening. It isn’t fair to punish one person because of someone else’s problem….i think i would be looking for a new renter….guess you’ll have to check more than just credit scores next time….
I’m so sorry you are going through this atarimom, there seems to be so much confusion at HSN lately. Please don’t give up. Why don’t you try calling Customer Service on the phone on Monday when the regular staff is there and ask for a Supervisor. Meanwhile, you can always check out QVC. Hi atarimom, well this is just not right, there has to be something that HSN can do. Let’s work with Customer Service here on the Forum so that we can see what is going on in writing. Does that sound like a good idea to you?
