THINGS HAVE CHANGED DON’T CARE FOR QVC MUCH AND NOW HSN IS CONNECTED . WHILE THIS MAY WORK BETTER FOR THEM NOT FOR ME . THEY ARE MAKING MEGA BUCKS ON SHIPPING FOR THE SAME ITEM IF YOU ORDER 1 OR 5 OF THE SAME ITEM NO THANKS. I AM WAITING LONGER UPS IS NOT DELIVERING MOST ITEMS POST OFFICE IS WHICH IS EVEN LONGER SO 5 MORE FLEX AND I’M GOING TO USE AMAZON .COM FREE SHIPPING ON MOST ITEMS AND 2 DAY AND OVERNIGHT. Maybe they are having cash flow problems due to all the customer-unfriendly changes. Instead of impacting their customers, they should tighten up their overhead. IMHO, they should start with their long-time hosts.
I agree with Buck10. It’s also true for QVC. Somethings changed. Shipping timelines seem to vary by 14 days or so depending on what you order. I ordered something on a Sunday evening, called Monday at noon to cancel it and was told it was too late. On Tuesday afternoon when I checked status it was still “processing”. My sisters purchased a gift card for me in February. After not seeing it for 10 days they were told it could take up to two weeks for me to get the email notice. Here it is April 3rd and I still haven’t received it. Maybe HSN, QVC & Evine could have a membership like Amazon and cut shipping rates. However, I do think it’s unreasonable to expect the package at my door in 2 days. I guess as long as shipping cost are high it saves me money since I often decide not to purchase something because of it. Things do seem different on air also at both HSN & QVC. I can’t put my finger on it. They do a pretty good job on most things so when it isn’t right we’re like “Hey, what’s up?” So Buck10, as a fellow HSN shopper I Appreciate You as a Customer! Smile face.
