I think it is time for me to halt purchas at HSN….
I feel like they do not value a good customer as much as they should,probably because if they
lose one-there is always going to be a million more to take there place???
I called and left a message with a concern I had but no one called me back?
Some times I do not feel like an appreciated customer except when I am purchasing.
and sometimes not even then,because they sometimes do not ship my Purchases in a timely manner or put me on a back order when I have ordered an Item that was clearly in stock….
Well,Today I ordered my last item……For now……maybe see them at Christmas?????

I would never shop any where else. HSN is my only shopping place. I hope others feel the same. Its the best or as my granddaughter said its the bomb 🙂 Tori
Cruella , I understand . We all need to vent every now and then . I also am with you —- I really do not like mall shopping .
I am an avid online shopper . Honestly HSN has the VERY BEST customer service anywhere .
That does not mean everything is just how every customers wants things .
However, HSN customer service goes over and beyond what other companies offer in customer service.
