I thought I left you a note either yesterday or the day before. Evidently it went somewhere, but not here. So I will give you an update. I received an e-mail from Heidi Daus which turned out to be a video from “You Tube.” In this video she is planning on a hike through part of the Alps/ You will go through Switzerland, Italy and end up in France. The hike can be 10 miles or 17 miles. Looks like a very interesting walk. There will be many climbs some of which will give you little air because you are so high. Some parts there are ladders to help get to the top. Along the route there will be places to stay to rewind and do whatever. The one thing she said was that the food is wonderful. I surmise that after all that hiking you will need some sustenance. She also showed some pictures her son had taken and they are beautiful. She showed the map as well. There are many areas to climb and she mentioned that she is afraid of heights which is something I fight everyday since hubby isn’t around to install light bulbs or to fix the shower curtain. Anyway, I thought of you and your hubby. If you have an opportunity I would take a look at the video. Not sure if it’s something you both would like to do. It is definitely not up my alley. Meanwhile, Heidi is spending about 3 hrs per day trying to get ready for this event.

Good evening I did respond to your earlier post this morning. I just hate that happened
to your stove. The top I showed you of mine is what I use and I am heavy handed sometimes.

All that matter is if a warranty is still active. I know the tops can be repaired.

So glad your husband had a decent meal. I believe he can eat solid foods too.

Oodie dress warm tonight and turn the heat up which I am sure you did.

Good evening I have been on the phone and I am tired. I prefer a text but make it short
and sweet. I have things going on in the family that I do need to talk to people about.

I am so over winter good grief. We had Brooke Shields here in OZ for the Game and other

Good evening California may as well be another country as it is so large. I know North
from Southern Cal. I am glad you and your family are not in harms way.

This Fire does not care who or what it destroys. Lives and vast property have been lost.
I feel the State.

Well those are my travel plans I need to stay close to family. I can have a great time
where ever I go. SIL has some more test and such going on. This is a serious cancer.
Steve Jobs and Alex Trebek both passed from this as well as many others. WE are all
standing together. As I have said before I worry about the 12 year and the 16 year kids.
The family are being watchful.

I wish I had better news. I am enjoying INXS that was one of my bands. 💕😎

Good evening I am making the white chili this weekend too cold to get all that was needed.
I have to watch the video from the Today Show to see exactly how he did that. The way he
set his prep area up was fantastic and he did a great job showing how to make something
different. 💕

Sheba, these fires keep popping up and some at 2am. Apparently, in addition to fire weather, we have Arsonists to contend with as well. We don’t live in a fire zone but still have alerts and need to be watchful.
You must be so excited to visit your kids and Brother and SIL and their family and also get to Colorado for your Mom and other siblings. That’s some nice time away.

The heat is on, it stayed on the last two days. Florida is cold, raining and some areas snowing.
I just finished reading your response to my post two days ago. How did the white bean chili turned out?
I cooked a whole chicken cut into piece, and made Polenta today. To warm up my bones, I made a potato leek soup. Cubed a few slices of bread and toasted with olive oil in a skillet.
I hope your area gets some relief from the extreme cold.
