Welcome to conversation – 15. This is number 15 of this thread.
We are in TAY. This Thread is three years old.
I hope you enjoy this as it covers music, fashion and most of all
Heidi Daus. I am an Avid Collector. ♥ my focus is fashion being a former
fashion model. As a singer I cover lots of old school music and popular and
show tunes. Movies are a must. We talk about a lot of things in Conversation.
Please remember this is TAY! I am still learning the new system so bear with me.
Blessings to you all. ♥ Happy Holidays ♥

My son goes back next week. Then game over. 🙂 I have done my duty as a parent. ♥
Thank you for looking at Cindy and Lizzie Birthday Shout Out. I always try to remember
people. I had Southerlights55 as a Leo. LOL! Now I know she is in June. I did cover Josey too.
I have not seen Josey on the boards for a while in fact I have not see a lot people on the boards.AZ is too hot for me. I do have ties to Texas but that might be too hot too. I have my eye on
Colorado in the future. My entire family lives there as does my mom. ♥ Cost of living is just as
high there. I just happen to have family in Real Estate and I don’t have to worry too much. The family member not there is my kids in GA and my niece in SD. I know that can all change
and we can be together. ♥ Home is where the heart is. ♥ -
Just a small gallery to cool things down. ♥

@Sheba, lovely birthday thread for Lizzie818 and Cindy819. Love the pearls on the clamshell!
My son goes back to school this week. When does your son go back?
Kittengirl and Cherie, sounds like you may be considering a move in the future.
As you know, Ca is not a retiree friendly state so while I love it here, it’s inevitable we will leave.
AZ in August has monsoon’s ( we were not In any) and is hot. The car temp read anywhere from 100-115’and when passing thoughPalms Springs it peaked at 118. So if you like living inside with air conditioning in a nice new house, with lots of stores around then it’s possibly for you. If we go to AZ we will leave during the summers ( yay).
Kittengirl, sounds like you have done lots of research in this area.We will check out TX another time. I have never been there and really have no ties to the State, but I’m ok with checking it out.
Cherie, soundslike your back to reality and hope the kids have a great new school year ahead!
My permanent vacation starts sometime next year.Bassetbabe hope you feel better soon. I watched a Columbo episode this weekend and he was gifted a dog bead,, for some reason I thought of your Bassett babes.
Shout out to all !

Feeling Overwhelmed
Always know, the Universe works in perfect order and you are never given more than you can handle.
Sometimes we may feel like there is just too much we need to do. Feeling overwhelmed may make it seem like the universe is picking on us, but the opposite is true: we are only given what we can handle. Difficult situations are opportunities to be our best selves, hone our skills and rise to the occasion.
The best place to start is to take a deep breath. As you do, remind yourself that the universe works in perfect order and therefore you can get everything done that needs to get done. As you exhale, release all the details that you have no control over. The universe with it’s infinite organizing power will orchestrate the right outcome. Anytime stress begins to creep up, remember to breathe through it with these thoughts.
Then, make a list of everything you need to do. Note what needs to be done first, and mark the things others may be able to do for you or with you. Though we often think no one else can do it correctly or well, there are times when it is worth it to exhale, let go of our control, and ask for help from professionals or friends. With the remaining things that feel you must do yourself, take another breath and determine their true importance. Sometimes they are things we’d like to do, but aren’t really necessary. After taking these quick steps, you will find you have a plan laid out, freeing you from frenzied thoughts circling in your head. With calming deep breaths, you are now free to focus more fully on our priorities. Herbal teas or flower remedies along with wise choices about caffeine and food can help keep us from becoming frantic too. But with nothing further from us than our breath, we can breathe in our best intentions and let the rest go with an exhale. Keeping ourselves centered and breathing into and through life’s challenges helps us learn what we are truly capable of doing, and we will find we have the ability to rise to any occasion. Remember you aren’t being picked on, and you are never alone.
