i wonder if one of you very knowledgeable ladies could explain to a computer illiterate lady what Computer Notifications is and where it could be found. Thank you so much.
Hi thisgoesto and Pamlou, I do not have Windows 10 and I don’t know what notifications you usually get that’s why I was curious to see if I received any for any reason. I guess I’ll jsut have to live without any Notifications. I do appreciate your both responding to my inquiry, thank you so much and have a wonderful Holiday..
Mine is right above this box on the right hand side. It has a bell and a number beside it indicating how many notifications I have.
Hi thisgoesto and thanks for responding. I have no icon to the right of the time and date but have 4 to the left. I think the one your referring to is for problems with my PC or at least that’s what it says. I have IE if that makes a difference. The other three icons are for speakers, Norton and Internet Access. When I did click on the other one it was pertaining to problems on my PC. I guess I just can’t receive any Notifications but thanks for the explanation.
, in the bottom right hand corner of the screen is a little message icon. If it has a number over it, that tells you how many unread notifications you have. If you click on it, the Action Center slides over from the right, and you’ll see the notifications. You can click on it even if there’s no number if you want to try it out. Click on it again to close it.
