Can’t use my account
Hi , I cannot use my account when I go to check out , I am paid up to date with flex and my bill and I contacted the HSN card bank and they said it’s an issue with HSN not my credit card … so why can’t I use it then .. I’m beginning to think all the reviews I read are true and I really hope not .. I don’t have this issue with QVC and would like to use both but if not then oh well .. I will lay what I have left when it’s due and not come back
, I’ve reviewed your account and there’s no holds on your account at this time preventing orders from being placed. Prior to attempting to order again, try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache as they may be storing old account information which is causing the error.
