Has anyone order was cancelled and they inform you, you have to wait 30 days for a letter of explanation. I m very upset. I been a customer for years and never had a problem and I use flex play on many of my items and always paid my bills on time. They have lost me as a customer.
One of my Carol’s Daughter orders in July was “returned” according to HSN rep & I was NOT the one who so-call returned it. After all, I never even received my order that they told me was returned.
Apparently, Carol’s Daughter was unable to fulfill my order and HSN told me it was returned (at first), then they told me it was unable to be fulfilled and that they would refund my money.
This is the second time an order for Carol’s Daughter products that I placed (because of seeing the TV presentation) and I had paid for in full what not honored! So very frustrating!
Why have anyone on TV making a presentation for products that they are unable to fulfill and deliver to the customer? Just a waste of my time.

This happened to me also, although I’ve been a customer for years. And when I called the customer service Number provided in the email, Audrey asked to get a pen and call a different number. I will not spend my money here ever again.
I agree customer service isn’t much help…extremely frustrated as now by the time I get the information to where it need to go and have the security thing lifted (which they said could take up to 30 days) I won’t be able to order my item I. Time for Christmas. Extremely unhappy with HSN. And now they won’t even talk to me about the account or even let me cancel the card until I send the information (which again I have no problem sending) but I don’t need the card now so why bother sending that information if I am just going to cancel it anyway. ??
I contacted the flex pay dept they were no help.
Well mine was on a HSN credit card that they already took the money off of, then cancelled one item on my order and the rest of the stuff has said "packaging" for about a week now. Just got off the phone with the credit card company and they need further information (which I am happy to provide) but why was I approved and allowed to place the order if further information was requested and why was only one item cancelled, AND all of the total order charged to my account?!?
Same here! I purchased several items over the years on flex pay, and never was late or missed a payment. Today, they took my money, and then they just cancelled the order without voiding the charge to my credit card. The only way I found out was I went online to check the status of my order, and it said CANCELLED! When I called they told me they could not help me, it’s just "company polity". Wow, they’re company policy is to take peoples money and then cancel orders – sounds pretty sweet for them…and illegal.
Same thing happened to me, only I used a new HSN card that I applied for. Super pissed about it. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. They said that someone who was at this address before bought something and never finished paying for it, what that had to do with my order on MY approved credit card I don’t know but I am extremely upset about it!!
