DOES ANYONE BESIDE ME GET TIRED OF SEEING THE RESPONSES TO THESE QUERIES FROM CUST SVC.? ONLY A FEW ARE NOT "PASSING THE BUCK" OR MAKING SOME LAME EXCUSE. I’VE STOPPED READING HSN’S RESPONSES TO PPL’S PROBLEMS.

I’ve stopped reading the complaints. It’s boring and out of place, especially in this section. Talk about something else. If someone has a legitimate problem, the person should contact customer service.
I know that the HSN Customer Service replies may ‘seem’ at first glance to be kind of ‘generic’…but in my experience? They always do follow up on the question asked…either through Private Message…or by posting an answer directly online.
I know that I’ve asked a question that I never thought anyone would be able…nor would take the time to follow up on…and sure enough…not only did I get an answer…but that Customer Service went above and beyond to ask higher ups to help them…and get back to me with clear, concise information!!
Also, sometimes the questions need answers that may be better off done in PM because of privacy issues to the customer. I would imagine it difficult for a Moderator to answer some questions in what may seem in a more ‘thorough’ way too…because they have to be careful as to just how much private information to post…and…even when not private information…that they’re probably held to as short an answer as possible with as much information also as possible. Hope that makes sense.
Anyway…this is just my opinion and experience with Customer Service….:womanhappy:
