BLOCKED SHIPPING – 11 Days now!
It’s been 11 days since I found out the people who rented my house before me didn’t pay THEIR HSN bill. I don’t even know the people but am STILL being penalized for their mistakes.
Is anyone ever going to get around to fixing the problem or are you just going to continue giving me the BS answer of, "we’re trying to get the account fixed?"
Thank you so much for posting this. I cannot send my 87 year old Mother-in-Law a dang thing due to the fact that when her low life granddaughter was living with her she never paid HSN. She moved out, or I should say THROWN! OUT! of the house 3 years ago. I have spoken to Reps, Supervisors you name it and they still won’t do it. I have told them they are charging it to MY! credit card and I have been shopping with them for many years. And I am in GOOD! standing with them, but still the answer is Sorry but NO!! :smileymad:

Are they going to honor the TS price of the TV you tried to order when it’s all fixed?

Have heard this story before from other customers. It’s not fair. Takes a while to get straightened out. This is NOT right.
HSN flagged you for a bill that wasn’t paid when people skipped. How stupid is that. Just get back on the phone with a customer service rep and TELL them your credit score is good. It doesn’t hurt to throw in the Better Business Bureau too. Imply they’re infringing on your good name……Ronnie
