So I ordered the two faced confetti set on the 11th when it first came out and used the coupon for $15 off. After I ordered I called them to make sure my order is being processed and going through they informed me yes. So I was excited about my order well today I received and email saying it didn’t go through, so I contacted customer service instead of just running my other card on file they went and tell me they have to do another order which mean they won’t honor the price I had originally was getting it for. That bs if you won’t honor it why send me a email with my order information telling me to update my cc. **bleep**en idiots this will be the last time I ever order from them ever again and I will be telling everyone about this service
If you move this to the Customer Service area you might receive a more favorable response. Merely a suggestion.
Perhaps if you had upgraded your CC info here on the site it would have gone through at the TS price and still honored your coupon. I would call back and ask for a supervisor. I don’t blame you for being upset but I wouldn’t let it go. I ordered several of the set for Christmas gifts and would not be happy if this happened to me. I hope it gets resolved. Please let us know if a supervisor fixes this.
