ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!
I just went through a nightmare to get a "block" on our account taken off. NOW, I tried to place an order and got a message that our account is "blocked". This was taken care of…finally…today! What’s the problem? I spoken to someone in the ‘verification’ area, then spoke to a customer service person and was told it’s all taken care of. WELL, IT’S NOT! All we did was relocate. However, the prior owner of this home had left a bad debt with HSN…that placed an automatic "block" on our account. This has caused an enormous amount of wasted time and energy. Moving is stressful enough without adding additional issues. To make matters worse, we already have a package ‘out there somewhere’ that will be delivered to the wrong addrress. This is getting ridiculous. PLEASE…GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED.:womansad::womansad:

YEAH! Everything was resolved regarding future orders…finally. I do appreciate the help that HSN customer service provided. There is still a package that’s out there with the wrong address on it. It was NOT the fault of HSN. It had already left their warehouse when the address change was made. I do have a tracking number (finally) and hope to catch it before it’s delivered to the wrong place. To all of you that replied…it made a big difference. It let me know I’m not the only one this has happened to and that was an encouragement! You ladies are awesome! :heart::heart::heart:

I just heard him say that the skin care line was just a hobby for him, but his true passion and legacy are jewelry. He said ‘all of the skin care stuff became too big and took him away from his true passion.’ Ha! Well isn’t that a smack in the face!

This is exactly the problem others have posted about in the past. They have said te block was removed and comes right back every 24 hours. I really hope you get it resolved quickly.
I already did what you suggested. It did not help.
Hello , please sign out of and close hsn.com before deleting your cookies. After opening a new browser window pull us up by typing it into the address bar; not from any saved links such as favorites. These types of holds are stored by your browser. Or you can use a different browser. After that you should be good to go! 🙂
