anyone purchased a computer with 24 hour help?
Purchased computer with 24 hr 365 days forever. Suddenly went from Elite Customer Service to a guy at home who NEVER returns calls. Would never trust HSN again.
Did anyone get any answers to what happened to Elite?
I’ve been trying to get help for over 2 weeks and NOTHING!
HSN customer service is no help either. I’ve spoken with two Supervisors and both said they would email Elite directly and I should get a call back in a few days….
FEW DAYS????? I didnt purchase my computer just to look at it.
I will never purchase anything from HSN again and I will tell everyone I know that HSN Supervisor (Scott) was like a robot. He could care less and when asked what is HSN going to do about getting those customers the support they need. His answer was…"Well like I said: I’m emailing them now".
I also asked if I purchase a support package would HSN remburise?
NO, was his answer, of course not. Sucker us all in with a promise of lifetime support of the computer.
Anyone thinking making a purchase with HSN that promises something additional to the product. I strongly stress to think again. Shame on me for believing that this was a great deal.
I don’t know about Elite but Vtec is awful and I’m looking for a thread on this joke of a company. HSN should drop their connection with these lifetime support companies if they care about their reputation.
Bought a HP laptop in 2013 with Elite Customer service, haven’t had to use until no, trying to get our daughter’s laptop fixed before she leaves for school. Have not had any success with number provided, have called and waited on hold for a hour not once but twice then called back to a busy signal, and now the message says all customer service reps are busy leave a message and they will call back. Apparently we are not the only ones having issues with this company.
Hello JEAN161, I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting through to Elite Customer Service. I see the number listed is 877-880-1015. This is a 24/7 U.S.-based tech support. I did call to verify that the number is still active. It does appear there is a hold time when calling, and that the option to leave a message is provided if you do not have time to hold.
CANCEL IF YOU CAN. HSN DOES NOT STANT BY IS PRODUCT, NOR IS CUSTOMERS.
