Anyone Know Why You Can’t Leave Review for Color of Diamond TSV.?
I tried to post my review but the listing isn’t there. This usually happens when there is a problem with item. I called CS and they didn’t really know. With 10,000 sold you would think someone would want to see reviews about size, color. Seems too early for there to have been so many bad reviews to have pulled item. The coordinating items are still available.
? Not sure if this will help because I’m not sure I understand it myself. Someone had the same problem not too long ago and they said their login ID was not attached to their account, even though they could log in with it. The tech people had to do something to get it attached. If you have trouble the next time you try to review, ask if they can verify that your login ID is attached to your account properly. I know that doesn’t make sense, because you use it when you order, but it doesn’t work when you review, but that is what someone else was told. Good luck.
Thanks for reply but here is problem. The item itself is not on website anymore when you enter item number a page full of unrelated items appear. As I had mentioned. I called customer service and they had no answer and that is why I didn’t post there. I was one of those who purchased the Joy vacuum and had it overheat and I remember them pulling the listing off the site. I guess it will remain a mystery!
You can’t leave a review until you have had the item for 5 days. You should be able to review in a couple of days.

be able to help me or respond. I feel a little hurt??
