Anyone else having a problem today ordering ?
I don’t order a lot these days- maybe that’s the problem??! lol! I checked my hsn card- everything is up to date with nothing pending. I don’t have any open autoships or flex pay items. I emailed cs- jsut thought I’d reach out here and see if anyone has a similar issue.
I tried to order two items from HSN and the order came back that they can’t ship it to my bona fide UPS store address. It will take 7-10 days for them to sort out the problem, after which time of course the items will have sold out. My shipping address has never been a problem until now.
I emailed hsn an hour ago- never heard back. But was able to order now! Weird glitch maybe??
Hi @ibbyb, I’m sorry to hear that you had difficulties placing an order earlier and am glad you were able to get your order through recently. I haven’ t heard any other concerns regarding inability to place an order from other customers.
