I’m a brand new customer with HSN and I purchased a
Arrow “Wallaby” Sewing Kangaroo Kabinet

for my wife as a gift on JANUARY 13, 2017 at 12.06PM
and it was the last one in stock.
To my shock HSN cancelled that same order three hours
later (January 13th, 2017 at 2:50PM) via email.
(NO Phone Call)
In which, I didn’t notice the cancellation email till
the follow day (Saturday) and it’s now a holiday
weekend so I must wait until the following Tuesday,
January 17th, 2017 to find what’s up.
Tuesday came, I made contact with HSN via phone and
learned that my CC mailing address didn’t match with
what was on file at the bank.
Fair enough… I corrected the issue right then and
there with HSN and reordered the gift for my wife.

Now mind you, I re-ordered this product on the 17th and
the estimated arrival is 3 to 7 business days. OK great…
so I waited, and waited, and waited for a conformation email
from HSN stating my order has been sent.
But no such luck, I again called HSN 5 days later to find
out what *** is going on with my new gift order…. and I
get nothing from the HSN rep except It’s being shipped by
Well, what can I do but just wait!
So now it’s Wednesday the 25th of January and guess what
I received a new email today at 8:26AM (not a phone call)
from HSN telling me that my new gift order has been cancelled
again: after 8 days of waiting in suspense.
Here’s the wonderful note from HSN!
We’re sorry. We’ve already sold out of this item.
Please note, we’ve cancelled your order and assure
you your credit card was not charged.
And this was a gift that my wife has been wanting for years!!!
You would think that HSN would call you and say
“here’s what HSN can do for you for a replacement order”
but no such luck and surly a lack of customer service.
Way to go HSN!
That was my first and my last order through network!
And you can bet that I’ll be sharing my story via Social Media.

I am a loyal customer of HSN but I have to agree with you on this one , the Customer service is in serious need of overhall as they have been dropping the ball far too many times and I am leary of the managers always cover the company instead of standing up for doing the right thing and making customers happy and satified as this is key to HSN staying alive , BUT NO ! They are all about making that last buck off of naive customers like myself . For a very long time I gave HSN the benefit of the doubt but they have proven time and time again to be in it for the money and not what is right and fair by the customer . The New CEO strikes me as all about QUANTITY rather than QUALITY and so I am not surprised by the way you were treated in the least bit .
The HSN Management needs to be mindful of these things because I have very similar experiences and now I am making it my mission to inform and educate fellow customers about this and other issues so that HSN cannot continue treating customers this way .

, I’m very sorry for the disappointment to you and your wife. We were advised by the manufacturer that the item was no longer available after the order was placed and sadly, had to cancel the order you had expected to receive. This is not the usual HSN experience and I’m very sorry it happened to you.

Not a stupid question, but since my brain has an anti-Sudoku gene, I most certainly can not tell you what the deal is with that crazy game. I’ve read all the tips, hints, etc.. If you can figure out what the deal is with Sudoko, you’ll have my everlasting kudos. Don’t even try to explain it to me ‘tho–life’s too short!
