all day today when it shows I have alerts and when I go there its empty.Anybody else having trouble?
All day today I can’t see the alerts being sent to me. It’s been frustrating and I’m wondering if anyone else is having the same issues or if it’s just me.
THANK YOU!!!!! Yes, I have and I’ve reported this to CS (no help), sent an email to IT (sent me a non-helpful response) and then had a private email conversation (which did nothing).
End result? Suck it up, Buttercup. We can’t help you. : ( : ( : (
Editing to add: I kept all the conversations if you want to see how they said it was MY fault and not theirs. I can’t access alerts from any computer in any location. In that type of a situation, it’s NOT me, it’s HSN. My issue started almost a week ago.
I wish I had a job where I could pass the buck/do nothing and still get paid, you know?
