I have been playing Jigsaw puzzle all day (9/4/2015). I’ve gotton 200 points each time but my points never changed. What can I do? How can I get my points back?
HSN_Erica, Doddiebug said she has played three different games. If you are only seeing one, then things are really screwed up. Shouldn’t it count all or none? I think you should have a new customer service policy that you will call your customers who are 85 or older and help them by phone. Don’t expect them to be able to figure out where to look or what to click, just in case they don’t know. Call it your Senior Perks Program. How many 85 or older customers do you have? How much longer do you think you will have them? I’m sure you have her phone number and date of birth and can check all that. You remember my birthday better than my husband does. Go in peace and do the right thing, not because it’s a job, but because you are a good person. :heart:
Kim_Manager. This lady has been playing for THREE DAYS with no points and without complaining. She had faith that it would get fixed. If there is any compassion at HSN, you will have one of those techie people CALL this lady and walk her through what needs to be done. Don’t ask an 85 year old to ‘click here’. This is a special case as I see it. I wouldn’t ask for myself. (I’d get one of the grandkids to do it.) Pleeeesssseee? Pretty please.
Games won’t post tickets either. I’m on a mobile phone. No ticket changes since thursday? I love to play the games. But miss my rewards.
Help!! I have been playing for 3 days and and my tickets have not posted.I have played 3 different games it just not move. I usually play AND earn about 30 to 50 tickets a game, it just not giving me any tickets.iam so sad because I love playing I never win any prizes but just love to play. I am 85 so I may be doing something wrong
