What's Wrong With Today's Puzzle?
Today’s Puzzle keeps coming up blue and green with a HSN symbol in the corner. This has never happened to me before. I read someone’s suggestion about clicking on the right of the puzzle but this did not help. I did not receive a pop up box nor a choice of settings. I have refreshed my screen without a change. Help me please. Thanks.
These suggestions are the standard when something isn’t working. Never mind that things were working and suddenly something is wrong. I very recently have the same blue green screen when using Firefox. The puzzle works in Chrome for me, but that isn’t my go-to browser. It is only the puzzle I am having an issue with as everything else works fine in Firefox.
One other thing you can try. I forgot about this till it un eabled on Chrome all by itself, just the other day.
Check in your plug ins and settings and make sure Flash is enabled. I never did figure out how to enable Flash in Firefox, uninstalled it. I would think someone here would know how to enable it on Firefox.
Some browsers are automatically installed with Flash enabled. But not Firefox or Opera. Don;t know about Safari.
And like I said my Chrome un enabled it and dont know why, but was able to enable it and everything worked.
So try it and see if that helps, and or change browsers.
Puzzle Still Not Working
It’s going on two weeks and I am still getting blue green puzzle pieces instead of the pieces of the day’s special. I have tried all suggestions repeatedly, Thanks for trying to help me. I sent an email to HSN Help. Hopefully, someone will contact me with a solution. I read that this problem is affecting many other players. I don’t understand why the puzzle won’t show pieces of the special of the day. I’ve been playing games for years and all of a sudden, I cannot play the puzzle. I am disappointed that the problem continues. I am also unable to qualify to win the equivalent of the special of the day that is given for completing the puzzles.

I used to play the puzzle daily but now try it every few days and still only get a blank green and blue puzzle. Obviously it takes a lot longer to assemble so I am getting out of the habit of playing it anymore.
Sorry, dturnabout. I do not agree that the blue/green screen is the puzzle. I know that that page can be played and the puzzle assembled. But I have been on this site for years and the puzzle changes day to day so that they can sell products. Never in my time on this site has a puzzle stayed the same for weeks on end. I believer that there is something wrong with the page. Also, HSN often notifies us when they make a big changed/improvement. We have heard nothing from them on this subject.
The case of “What Jinxed the Jigsaw?” is puzzling indeed!
I hope the responses in this thread from people unable to see the TSJ who gave info about what type of device(s) they tried, operating system version, browser version, etc prove useful for HSN’s tech team.
It looks like the usual fixes (cleaning cache, cookies, rebooting, typing directly into URL bar to enter site, right-clicking, etc) that can be done by the players have been tried and the issue continues to be impacting a significant number of customers. I hopr to see an update from HSN about this soon.
To those of you getting just getting a blue/green abstract recently: I have been seeing the Today’s Special as the Jigsaw Puzzle every day. I remember a few times (for a short period of time) where I saw a blue puzzle with a faint logo, but this has NOT happened to me for a very long time.
I know that people are reporting seeing different things on the Forum pages, so it must be happening on the Arcade too. When my friend uses Firefox, she can only play a few games on Firefox. For her some games don’t work at all and some leave ‘trails’ on the screen when cards fall, etc. And some people are reporting different problems depending on whether they are using a mobile device.
You might want to try a different browser. I am using Google Chrome with Windows on a laptop.
It should be a Roku but it’s a teal blue blank puzzle with the HSN logo.

That IS the puzzle.
It is a very lightly shaded blue/green abstract.
I just completed it.
HSN should have responded when you first asked about it.
I also haven’t been able to play the puzzle for at least a week. Keeps coming up HSN/blue green puzzle screen. Hate this! The puzzle is so much FUN and that is one of my favorite games. Oh well, it may get fixed soon……..I hope. :-/
yes, I have been having the same problem and wondered if it was my connection or HSN’s. Thanks for clueing me in. Oh and btw, I missed out on who won the $250 gift card for game of the week (Space Hunt) ????
Been about a week without playing todays puzzle. Only blue/green logo. Problem seems to be with HSN not us. This happened before but never for this long. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!
On a majority of the webpages it go in to. Not just hsn … although this page doesn’t have an issue with (a) plugin(s).
Is anyone having a “Couldn’t load plugin” problem. I am using google chrome and I deleted browsing data and cookies and still can’t play today’s puzzle.
Hi all who tried to help. I downloaded the newest version of Firefox, 52.0.2 as someone suggested but still no change with all blue puzzle pieces. I have also tried all other suggestions and nothing has helped. I thought by now that I would have heard from a HSN manager with helpful ideas. I really miss putting the puzzles together. I am trying not to go crazy over this but I am so very frustrated. It should not be this complicated to play a game on this site. I still need help HSN. Thanks
