Whatever happened to fun in Arcades?
Some people are just to serious. Come on now. Sometimes you get the bear and sometimes he gets you.
The arcades are beautifully designed but I really miss the Holiday games HSN had last year and the year before. They were much more festive and colorful and put me in the "Christmas and Seasons" state of mind much more. Not a complaint just a statement. HAPPY NEW YEAR HSN AND CUSTOMERS!! 🙂
I love the Arcade.I would be lost without it.The Arcade is a staple in our home.
The New Year is a perfect time to say thanks to the Moderators who provided us with links to the Arcade Team. Thanks to the Arcade Team who has always been responsive to my emails about issues achieving Badges, receiving tickets, etc. Every single problem I had in the Arcade last year and there weren’t many, was resolved quickly, professionally and answered within a short period of time by a polite, succinct email from The Team. There might be a delay here and there during a holiday week/weekend which is to be expected. So thanks again to the Moderators who let us know the most direct avenue to take when experiencing an Arcade issue and to the Arcade Team who works hard to resolve issues in an expeditious manner.
IT’S STILL FUN AT THE ARCADE!
Contrary to what you might read here…the Arcade Team DOES read and answer when you send them an email. That is why the Moderators tell you to notify the Arcade Team. They do work to help you solve whatever problem you have. They will go above and beyond to help you find the problem you are having to be able to play the games or get your tickets when YOU work with them. Arcade Team emails DO get answered and quickly.
Customer Service is not for the Arcade. They are for shopping. Calling them won’t help you.
You CAN post on the Customer Service Forum however and get help from the great HSN Moderators that we have. If you go to the CS Forum, you will see that the Moderators answer the posts there. Along with a few members. But help is there. Not with CS on the phone.
And there is always help in the Arcade Forum with people that have been playing as long as the Arcade has been open. There are so many people there that are always happy to try to help.
TRUE–HSN moderators are not to blame. HSN is accountable for the outside arcade team. Some think the arcade is located directly inside of the HSN offices, and it is not-
If you have a reason to complain I suggest contacting HSN- DIRECT—–I might fill out an ARCADE complaint form once yet only once, beyond that I have been told that it is only logged at HSN and taken care of by HSN .
The arcade has already been bombarded with thousands of complaints, GO DIRECT TO HSN-
The hired/paid arcade team have probably opened a folder in which these complaints are taken and set unread—SHORT-SIMPLE and SWEET—If you contact HSN C/S have fun and ask for a supivisor as yesterdays rep might be todays supivisor lol yet if they try attitude just ask for a RANK ONE supivisor–they hand out titles like we do here–If they get iffy with you and toss attitude just hang up AND START ALL OVER—-I always find one who is most plesant- I then follow up…..
and I adore it when they say yes WE REMEMBER YOU BB !!! NOW THAT IS SERVICE—I cant be bothered with filling out forms, I pay someone to do that–and they are usualy way more important that arcade complaints-BEAUTYBOY
Yes, there are glitches, but the games are free, not only that, they do give you a chance to actually win something. I could play these games on other websites, but they don’t give you anything.
I think the glitches should be reported, but there is no need to be so down on HSN. It seems the moderators don’t control the games, that’s another group, so don’t yell at the mods.

After the exchange of words and agree taking it to serious stuff i am more posotive than ever i was right to not play—-a d u l t s ????????? what a sad example for the youth.
I am truly amazed at the way this is being treated on a forum that HSN has allowed to enjoy.
I really am stunned that HSN has allowed this to continue….I really hope the arcade is researched as if it were more than one person who caused all of this ,it will for sure take more than one person to correct this.
the forums seem to have become all about glitches—i do not think it is a glitch at all.
THE WHOLE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE RE STRUCTURED—-AND FAST.
BEAUTYBOY…..So many come to post and find this absurd and confusing it should be removed from this site and placed on the tay site. it seems better suited for that kind of topic-i am hoping new postors will come here and exchange shopping ideas, and reviews so we can help build a greater HSN in the year to come—HSN IS ABOUT HOME SHOPPING- We need to welcome newcomers and this kind of act on a public forum will never draw any shopper who wishes to discuss purchases…and to think st jude was tied into any of this..no way

But the rest of it…we just need to bring a lot of it back. Those of us that enjoy playing for the fun of playing can bring the fun back…that’s what we do in the 52 Club. We play, and challange each other daily for FUN. Not for tickets, rewards, or rankings…just for fun. No one person is ever always in first place there. And we laugh…A LOT.
The rest of the time…the Arcade is complained about, games not working…tickets not awarded, scores not registering…those are just glitches, and nothing to take so seriously. But there are people that take the games VERY seriously. And that’s too bad. They are suppose to be fun to play while watching the live streaming and hopefully, buying something. (worked on me last night. LOL)
