Tri peaks not working on iPad
It hasn’t been working for a few weeks; any suggestions?
I had heard that the last Apple update had played havoc with the games. I would suggest you check out the tech section in the Arcade Help menu to see if anything there might apply. If none of that fixes the problem, you’ll need to contact the Arcade Team (#37 on the menu). Be sure to tell them your device, your operating system, and if you’re using the app or a browser. Also be as detailed as you can about which games are having problems and exactly what is happening. (It also helps to tell them if you’ve already cleared cache and cookies or you’ll liable to get told to do that first.) They usually respond within a day or two (except weekends) if you give them sufficient information. You can find the Help Menu here.
