Thank you Lizzie818 for the help,but mine is still blue green like Trish52722.I have tried over the last hour to get it to change back.I took off the check mark,started the puzzle again,put the check back on an still no luck.I did this several times. Do you think the ITs at HSN would know what is going on. I really miss doing the puzzle.I have never had this problem before so I don’t know if all the changes they made had anything to do with it or not. Thanks

I just talked to Cindy. I’m not sure what browser you’re using, but that might make a difference. Apparently Adobe recently updated the Flash Player. Chrome would have updated it automatically, but it has to be updated separately for IE and I think it’s the same for Edge. You can check to see if you have the latest version by going to the “About” page of the Flash section of the Adobe website. Your version will be listed to the right of the introductory paragraph. You can then compare it to the list of versions in the table at the bottom of the site to see if your version is the latest version. If it’s not there’s a link to download the updated version.
The only other thing she mentioned that I said wrong is that the “Enable Hardware Acceleration” box does need to be check. I think maybe what I was remembering was that she would uncheck it and then come back and check it again to be sure it was really checked.
If the above fails, you might try the old standby of clearing cache and cookies or even just rebooting your computer and then coming back in by typing the URL rather than using a bookmark or favorite.
If it still doesn’t work, you can contact the IT team. I hesitate to recommend that because I’m not sure what their response time is with everything else that is going on. You can contact them by going to the Help menu from the games page and going to the very last item in the list. Be sure to tell them what kind of device you’re using, your operating system, and what browser you’re using.
Hope it gets cleared up soon, but FYI if you want to try to do the puzzle you’re getting, you’ll still be entered in the drawing.
Hi beaver194. I should be talking to Cindy819 within the next little bit. Let me ask her what she said to do. Maybe I missed something. I haven’t had that blue green puzzle for a long time, so I haven’t had to use the fix for a while. I’ll post again after I talk to her.
