tickets not being received for games played
i have been sending messages to the arcade team every week since october and still nothing has been resolved as of yet.and no they have not responded in 24 or 48 hours either

@angelsqueak2, we’ve heard back from our Arcade Team and it seems that they’ve been having trouble getting a hold of you to help resolve this issue. We have received some troubleshooting assistance from them for you however. If you’re playing on a tablet, please be sure to update your app to the most recent version. If your app is already updated and you’re still receiving the same trouble, please reach out to us with the app version and information regarding the type of device that you’re using. If you’re not using our app and are still having trouble, please let us know which browser you’re using as well as a date, time, and score of one of your completed games where you’re not receiving tickets and we’ll be happy to forward the information to our Arcade Team for you.
Angelsqueak2, I’m sorry your issue has not been resolved. I’ll check with the Arcade Team and see what I can find out for you.
