Hi HSN_Erica and HSN Arcade Team technicians,
I just want to say Thank You, and express how much I appreciate your assistance, your thorough professionalism, and your kindness.
Early this morning, in the HSN Arcade, I completed the TS Jigsaw Puzzle with a very good time (7 min’s 15 sec’s) and score. But while processing, the page blanked and returned a message of “page not found” which resulted in not crediting me with the Reward Tickets (which, with the double rewards for today’s games, would have totaled to 400 tickets).
Erica, you guided me how to check to see if it was registered in the “Rewards History”, and then guided me how to contact the Arcade Team for further assistance.
The Arcade Team could not find a record that that particular game processed, and could not enter me into the TS Jigsaw Puzzle drawing for that game. But they, very kindly, did apply the Rewards tickets (400) to my account.
You were both very helpful, very courteous, and very kind.
