I can see that you have really been trying to solve all the issues with the Arcade. Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication to deal with the issues. I use this Arcade to “get away” from my duties as a caretaker for my sister. It gives me a chance to have some time to myself and take the frustrations of day to day dealings and gives me peace. My sister is glad the Arcade is there for me. Again, thank you!

Please forgive me for not believing you, Angela. We were promised to have the problems with the so-called ‘Community Forum Upgrade’ fixed SEVEN MONTHS ago; and not one, NOT ONE, problem has been addressed, let alone fixed!
Why in the world would we believe that anything has changed?
collielover… I’m glad that you, like so many of us, have found the Arcade a welcome respite from the duties of everyday living. Alas, how you can say that you can see how hard the Team has been working on fixing the problems is beyond me. Until we actually SEE a change, it’s all just pie-in-the-sky promises. We were conned once already. Why not twice? *lol*

Thanks for your reply. I could not play some of the games after the change. I was so frustrated that the points were decreased. Now I can play some of my favorite games and the points are like they used to be. This tells me that HSN is really trying to solve some of the issues. Yes, I think they jumped the gun to get this new arcade going without a thorough investigation to see if it was working well. I do think they are trying to get it fixed and I am happy about that.
