Surface RT Issue
I’m sorry to add to the other comments about HSN arcades, but here I am. I have read many forum posts, but can’t figure out the timing, I have a Surface RT and play games directly from the web site. All was well until this week. (first week of January 2015) Suddenly only a few games are available to me. With no doubt in my mind, I have recently played many games of Suds on the Surface. Back in the fall when others were having issues, I was not. Just this week. Can anyone shed some light on the problem? Obvious something changed on the site since roughly the beginning of the year. Thanks.
Hello JGP, I’m sorry you’re having issues. I don’t have reports specific to the your Surface so I can offer our tips that will clear most issues and refresh site updates.
Frequently, clearing cookies, cache and browsing history and loading the latest FLASH version is recommended. Quick help links can be found in (section 32 & 33) the Arcade HELP & FAQ. Then, open a new browser from the HSN.com URL and not from favorites or bookmarks. This should load the latest site and Arcade updates and should clear the issues you are experiencing.

Your device (desktop, phone or tablet)
Your operating system (Windows 7, MAC OS X)
