I got 3 1,000 tickets in a row & all they gave me was 250 tickets,that is not fair.
Hi @hidalgo and @ceby I replied to @ceby‘s thread with instructions about how to contact the Arcade Team. They’re the ones that have the ability to check your tickets for you. Since this appears to be a new iteration of Spin2Win, you might want to clear cache and cookies before you play again and then come in through HSN.com instead of a bookmark or favorite.
It sounds like they replaced the 250 with the 1,000 but forgot to update what it awards. @ceby you didn’t post enough info for me to see if that’s what happened to you, too.
If this should happen again or if it happens to someone else, I would suggest you take a screenshot and send it with your email.

Hi Hidalgo. The very same thing just happened to me. I can not get any assistance on this. The arcade is a third party so HSN customer service could not help. The “Help” option in the arcade lists nothing for this type of problem. I was hoping to get some help here. 🙁
