SCORE will not give me tickets

I played SCORE at 4:45 p.m. on 1/24/2018 and I earned 2988000 points but I did not receive any tickets. I still had four (3) minutes left on the clock but I had to quit the game because it would not let me play anymore, it was stuck.

That’s a fantastic score! This game also freezes up for me quite often.
