I just tried to enter the sweepstakes for IRobot and told there was an error and to contact customer service. It looks like the points were subtracted from my points but I did not get any entries. I used 10 entries.

Lizzie, I want to thank you for your recent explanations of the Arcade and use.
Did you check your Sweepstakes History to see if it shows you entered? You can find it by clicking on your name in the Arcade and choosing the “Sweeps History” tab. This week’s entries will be at the bottom of the list.
If you don’t find them there, I would contact the Arcade Team directly through #37 on the Arcade Help Menu. They should either be able to track them down or restore your tickets so you can try again.
