Puzzle not loading
Unable to load Today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle. Was able to yesterday. Is anyone else having this problem?

I just played “Search Party Word Search” game and below is a screen shot of my results from finishing the game. I did NOT get any tickets as I checked my reward history 3 times in 15 minutes or once every 5 minutes. There is something wrong with this game and I have reached out to all of you in hopes that someone will be able to help me. It won’t be the end of the world but it would make it more fun if this game gave the person playing it the correct tickets he/she earns. Thanks!

@cathiem54, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties getting the Today’s Special Jigsaw puzzle to load, can you describe what’s going on when you try to load it? I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies and reopen a new browser to see if that corrects the issue. I know we implemented an update to the puzzle recently that caused a blank blue screen.
@sweeny22, I’m sorry to also hear that you’re having difficulties with some of our games, can you also describe what is happening when you play these games? If it is ticket related, can you provide any scores so I can compare it to what is supposed to be awarded.

I just wrote a long reply and it got booted – poof as in gone. But I am a retired teacher so I have plenty of time to waste and will now proceed in my second attempt to you, Krissy.
First, I want to thank you for responding and showing some interest in my issue. To answer your question regarding scores vs tickets: I scored 12,700 points but ZERO tickets. Funny thing, when I start to play all the words show up and the puzzle appears and then WHAM – it goes to an ad right inside the puzzle, the ad plays and then it says “Click to skip ad (Press” Space”). I do this and Viola – the actual puzzle resumes after this interruption. FYI – it has never done this before and seems to be part of the Arcade Updates. but why would it show I scored points but earned ZERO tickets?
I have been emailing HSN Customer Service so I will copy and paste our conversations to bring you up to date on my original problem.
ME (4/1/18) Every time I play the “Search Party Word Search Game”, I receive no tickets. This has happened all week, All the other games I play work fine and I am receiving the tickets earned from these games. Can you please help? Thanks!
HSN (4/1/18) I am sorry your points have not appeared for the Search Party Word Search Game in the Arcade. I have reported this, but if it continues I need to ask you for some additional information to better assist you. If it goes on more than 72 hours please let us know the following information:

Operating System (Example: Windows 10)
Browser & Version: (Example: Firefox 50.1.0)
Issue Details: (Examples: Name of game, date and time played, score received)
With this information our Technical support will be able to get to the bottom of what happened and resolve it.

So now I am truly frustrated and not having legitimate answers as to why all of a sudden I am not earning or receiving tickets for this one game – yet all the other games work and I am earning and receiving tickets. I have also posted in the Community Forums – see “No Tickets” started by Melvareds.
Yay, so happy to have someone like you on board today. I was about to give up hope and abandon ship! AND if you have any spare time – could you please explain why the other game I mentioned – WORD SEARCH – has clues that are question marks so you really have no chance of finding these words on the puzzle screen. Plus – the colors are awful and so very hard to see. I just have too much time on my hands lately so all of these changes are getting to me. I liked it so much better before the updates.

Hi Sweeny22 Thank you for the information. Sorry you are getting run-a-round from HSN. I had gone into system and cleared everything and puzzle still wouldn’t load. I never had any problems with games until they changed Arcade and put all the ads in. You would think after all this time, they would have kinks worked out!! Take care.
Hi CathieM54, I went to FAQ & Help and sent email to HSN but they were of no help whatsoever. It is a joke to expect anyone at HSN Arcade to “fix” anything. It’s always the same old same old. Today I received an email response from “JOYCE” concerning my problem with Search Party Word Search Game AND Word Search.
Here is part of her response to me:
“please be sure to clear your cookies and cache to ensure your device is running clean, also making sure you are running the latest version of Flashplayer for smooth game play.”
This is beyond ridiculous and makes the Arcade team look totally unprofessional. I had already submitted all the pertinent information requested previously by “JAN” in an earlier email and told her that I had done all the steps outlined in the FAQ & Help (clear cookies/cache, close browser and enter the web site by typing http://www.hsn.com and NOT using my bookmark, etc.
SO, why would “JOYCE” send me an email asking me to do what I had already done? I am so confused and sorry that I cannot help you with today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle, but I kind of feel better after seeing so many others in our position.
For the record, I never had any problems playing any of the games here until they did all those “ARCADE UPDATES”!
