Processing slow diffrent answers on chat.
This has my axiety very high. My order of a xbox has been processing since nov 30th. I just want to make my kids happy. I got two diffrent answers on chat and don’t know what to beleive. Please help.
It seems as the processing and packaging time talkes longer than the actual shipping.
thomas, you might post your problem on the Customer Service Forum. Look at the left side of the Community Forums home page and click on Customer Service. The moderators will get back to you and they are often able to provide a lot of help that you can’t get in other ways. Good luck and best wishes to you and your child for the holidays.
