I am not getting my points for the games I play it tells how many points I got for the game but it doesn’t add into my point balance
The same thing for me-this is an ongoing issue which I have posted several times.
Look in the upper right-hand corner to see if you are logged in first (where it shows your tickets); if you are logged in, then send an email to the HELP section #37 & tell them what you’re playing on (PC, phone, tablet, etc.). Give them the program you’re using (Windows 10, etc.) & the browser you’re using, the game you’re playing & the score. They don’t look into it if it’s on Community. You have to email them & give them this info. Then they will look into it & most times, give you the tickets you should have received. Often times, I’ve found I’m not logged in even after playing for some time. Somehow you get logged off & have to log in again. Many times it will give the tickets but then go immediately to 0 tickets. Check your Rewards History (in your profile) to see if they did indeed, give the tickets already.
