NO Tickets on Mahjongg Dark Dimensions – Sept 4 + Aug. 25
Once again, I was playing Mahj. Dark Dimensions and finished a level – was not finished with the game – and the screen froze and did not load the next level. This was the first time I played this game today. Eventually the time ran out, my score was 73975, but the screen did not advance, just stayed frozen. It froze around 1:14am (Central Time) on Sept 4. I got NO tickets/points…again. Should have gotten 60 tickets/points. I look at what my “Current tickets” total is before I play every game (near the top middle of the page below my HSN name) so I know that I haven’t gotten my tickets since the total didn’t change. It didn’t show up on my Reward History. I hope HSN fixes this soon! It happens too often!
Aug 25 – my score was 72200 but the screen did not advance, just stayed frozen. It froze around 2:07pm (Central Time) on Aug. 25. I got NO tickets/points…again. Should have gotten 60 tickets/points.
I have NOT received tickets/points for Mahjongg Dark Dimensions in 2018 on Sept 4, on August 25 and 16 and 10, on June 29 and 11, on March 8-11. These dates are the times that I posted this info on the Community – I don’t know how many times I didn’t get the tickets but didn’t post it on the Community.
When I had emailed Customer Service about this problem earlier in the year, someone answered that she/he would forward my info but I never received the tickets. Once upon a time in previous years, after contacting Cust. S. I did receive the points which can be seen in the different “total” numbers that I have as “Current tickets” compared to “Lifetime tickets”. In past years, I rarely had any problems with needing ticket adjustments for them not being received. 2018 has been terrible for not receiving tickets.
