I noticed that they had a new format on the pages when you look up a product. I also noticed that if i try to sort the rewiews say low to high it will not change their order. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it just my computer? Thanks for any help

j_k its not your computer! I thought the same thing,and the items that I viewed were both frozen on the Low Reviews.
I have this problem too!!! Very frustrating! Wonder if there is truth to the rumors about HSN ‘censoring’ reviews???
Nope, it is not your computer. I noticed problems yesterday. :smileyfrustrated:I just spoke to customer service and reported it. He went to his computer on the same product I was on and could not make any changes in the sorting of reviews nor could he vote a review helpful or not. He made note of it and hopefully a correction is forthcoming.
Don’t you just hate when you can’t read reviews like you want to and cast your vote of helpful or not? LOL.:smileyhappy:
New format…I never thought the old format was broken…so I would rather they didn’t try and fix it. Reminds me of the Procaps pages…I’ve got to say, I really, really hate that format. Another thing that has disappeared is the company name on product pages, that used to be an active link to a full listing of products. Example…the new Crafter’s Companion, Diamond Press item that was recently the TS. When you look at the product page…that’s all you are going to get to is that item (well, there will be a few recommendations further down)…if you want to find more items by that company, you have to go to Crafts & Sewing…look at the list of vendor names…but must select See All Brands for the full list…then select Diamond Press (which brings up items different from Crafter’s Companion). Much too complicated! Just put the company name link back on the product pages.
No, it’s not your computer. There are always a few glitches when any place rolls out a new format. They’ll fix it.
I like it tho… anything that saves me from having to cick-click-click, I’m all for. I do wish they were more specific in the ‘Details/Descriptions’ of their clothing tho. Like the LENGTH of SLEEVES, the RISE of PANTS, and the WIDTH from UNDERARM to UNDERARM.
Altho I don’t buy Cosmetics or Beauty Products here, they should absolutely LIST the INGREDIENTS of them.
Perhaps they will fix this for us 🙂

Yes, I noticed it too and I really don’t like the fact that the product ingredients are no longer listed on cosmetics. I have severe allergies to certain chemicals used in cosmetics, so if I can’t find out if that ingredient is in a product I just won’t order it. I really hope HSN will change back to the way it has always been.
I hadn’t noticed the new format, but after reading your post I took a look. Lots of large print!!! Lots more scrolling needed.
I see that the reviews that automatically show up are a mixture of dates and stars. But you are correct–clicking on ANY of the sorting choices does nothing. Even clicking on the star ratings to get the 5 star reviews, 4 star reviews etc. doesn’t work either. Clicking at the bottom to go to the next page of reviews doesn’t work either. I have noticed that whenever they change things, things that were working no longer work.:womanlol:
I also no longer see the Details tab or the Specifications Tab. I don’t think that having less info will help people make a wise choice. I saw someone mention on another thread say that they were no longer showing all of the ingredients for make-up. I didn’t realize they were giving us less info for everything.
Well, maybe the moderators will see your post and they can at least fix all the things for the Reviews that aren’t working.
