THEY FINALLY FIXED SOME OF THE GAMES AND TICKETS, HOWEVER I STILL CANNOT GET THE SPECIAL JIG SAW PUZZLE TO LOAD. THIS RELEASE HAS BEEN A DISASTER NOT SURE THEY RAN ANY KIND OF TESTS BUT IT DEPARTMENT REALLY BLEW IT ON THIS ONE.

I added an image of what I see. Win10 HP desktop. Firefox 56.0.2 (64-bit) I don’t have a problem with any of the other games. Thanks for sending it on for help
@pinky55, I’m sorry to hear of your gaming experience. We are aware of the issue with tickets not being distributed from the games. We are quickly working to get this resolved.

I can’t play the daily jigsaw puzzle. It starts up normally, but all I get are light blue pieces. I don’t get the picture of the TS. This has been going on for months. Yes, I have cleared cache, have the current release of Firefox. I sent an email about the problem about a month ago, and have not gotten a response from the arcade people. I would really like help fixing this. Thank you

@shortie1950, I hate to ask but have you updated your browser, cleared your cache and cookies before reloading the game? Sometimes something so simple can make a world of a difference. If that still doesn’t work, please reach out to us so we can report this issue to our Arcade Team.
