My total arcade tickets disappeared!
Help! On 03-22, I logged in to the arcade and it asked me for a username. Thinking this had something to do with the updates going on, I put in a username (actually the same one I have been using all along) and I played Spin to Win & Today’s Special puzzle. I then noticed that I only had a few arcade tickets, not the total i had accumulated playing almost daily. I tried to investigate what was going on but was having trouble with the whole website. So I just figured it had something to do with the updates. I logged on earlier this evening to among other things to see if my previous tickets were back & to enter weekly rewards giveaways. Now I am very frustrated and disappointed. Not only are my total arcade tickets prior to 03-22 gone but I had just a few tickets to enter just a few rewards giveaways. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
Click on help located in the upper right corner of the main arcade page, go down to #37 then click on send us a message. The arcade team is good at responding within 24 hours. I’m sorry this happened.
