I reported this weeks ago, but will again. The Mixology game does not give points at the end!!! Please fix it like you promised. Its my favorite game.
@abqmom Reporting specific Arcade problems here and expecting them to be fixed is a waste of time. The Arcade Team does not read the forums and the mods have been pretty scarce lately. Below is the info I posted on another thread about a similar issue:
This is not a universal problem, so people are going to have to communicate with the Arcade Team directly for them to figure out what’s going on. (The more people who report and the more different devices experiencing the problem, the more likely they are to be able to track down a solution.) Before you do that, check your Rewards History to be sure you actually didn’t receive credit for your tickets. If not, then go to the Tech section of the Arcade Helps menu and jump through their hoops before using #37 to contact the Arcade Team. There is a gatekeeper and if you haven’t gone through their hoops, you’ll just get an email telling you to clear cache. Be sure that when you contact them you include the following info:
Type of device you’re playing on (phone, tablet, PC, Mac, etc.)
Operating system (Windows, etc.)
Browser or app (also include browser version if you’re using a browser)
Specific game(s) involved
What exactly is happening–Is the ticket screen not coming up? Is it giving you 0 tickets or not listing tickets?
