Missions: Sharing on Social Media
I have shared a lot of items and have never recieved any credit for it. I would like to be able to complete those missions. Has anyone had any luck?
I too have the same trouble-where do they want us to share it and how can they tell? It really makes no sense.
Sharing, something I will never ever do. Sharing is just a way companies get you to advertise for them at no cost to them. Waist of time I must say.
I know most of you will not agree with me but really, what is in it for you? Tickets?
Ditto sim05….? I was wonndering how they can verify that since there are various Social Media outlets?
I am also havuinf a most difficult time with the sharing on social media. Looks to me like they are going to those indiviuals who complain and are fixing them one at a time. Not really fixing the actual problem.
Makes one wonder if they are adding too much on the pages. They already are bombarding us with ads and such… Looks like they can’t keep up with each new change.
I have not one time gotten credit for the social media "activity" to complete a mission.
It’s frustrating because I activated my facebook account in order to participate, and as stated, was not given credit for it.
I later re-deactivated my facebook account, which ultimately means I wasted my time.
Disappointing, we do it just for fun, and then it’s not fun………………..hmmm.
The social butterfly is still messed up. I am waiting for them to respond since I responded to them earlier today. I told them it has been ongoing for quite awhile now.
Had the same problem completing 2 badges. Emailed the Arcade Team. They fixed them really quickly and sent a very nice response email. Thank you Arcade Team for coming through again!!!

No-I posted the question yesterday.
I realize I’m just about to be crowned Queen of the Stupid Question, but I have to ask… how do you e-mail the arcade team for help?
I emailed the Arcade Team, still not able to get the sharing on social media ones completed so if they fix it okay but if they don’t I just smile and play on. The social butterfly one has been stuck quite awhile now. Happy Holidays
I am experiencing the same problem. HSN can you fix it? I shared several products on social media and never got credit for Elf on the Shelf.
There seems to be a glitch in the system with regard to completing social media missions. You need to email the Arcade Team and they will resolve your issue. I received an email from them today resolving my issue with the Electronic Elf badge and they made reference to known problems regarding social media.
