MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!!
6 days ago I wrote to customer service that my May Code of the Day points were not registering nor were my Friday Night Game Night, however; all of the other games worked fine. I received the typical response to turn my computer off, delete cookies and all should be well. In a million years I would never believe what would happen next which is why I am posting this here and not CUSTOMER SERVICE.
First of all, for as long as I have been involved in this forum. why is it that so many people STILL have to go through all this stuff just to get the tickets they are entitled to? Personally I have never had any problems until now – and now I understand how frustrating this is. During all this time you just can’t make you counter work regardless of what game people are playing? Do you have any idea what a pain it is to turn your computer off every time you want your points to add up? On Friday night you have to turn your computer off 6 times! That is nothing short of ridiculous.
But that is not the biggest problem. Since I sent you that post my personal email inbox has been taken over by emails sent to you covering subjects anywhere from where is my package, can’t pay my bill, price match, what is the current high score for Game of the Week and there is no end. I am getting dozens of these mails. It says at the bottom I am receiving these because I signed up on some HSN Forum and go there to unsubscribe. I went to the Customer Service Forum and found a box that did switch to unsubscribe when I hit it but that was days ago and I am only getting more emails. I am asking YOU to PLEASE figure out what my personal email account got attached to and get it unattached because I did not subscribe to any forum. The only thing I did was write 1 question to Customer Service. And PLEASE do not respond and tell me to delete my cookies!
The changes you made to this Forum are nothing short of horrific and to think you shut it down and sold us that it was going to be soooo much better. I do not see 1 thing that is better. The only good thing about this Forum are the good people that come here and have given you more patience than I have to fix it. You really do owe these people a whole lot more than what you are giving them – which for the most part is nothing more than one headache after another.
Once again, PLEASE get my personal email un-attached from whatever Forum(s) it got attached to because with the variance of the subject matter it could be a number of Forums!
Thank you all! I will check out what you said Twizzle. It certainly doesn’t seem anyone from HSN is going to jump in and help from posting here – or anywhere else for that matter.
I really do miss all of you. I check in on the threads just to see what you are all up to once in a while. I’m still not doing all that well and pretty much just play games at night when I can’t sleep. I’m on a lot of meds and never can be too sure about what I say or more so, what I shouldn’t say LOL. And if that isn’t bad enough – the JPA thread is enough to make anyone feel over the edge!
Deek – I don’t think HSN is really going to fix anything but it is always makes my day to see your cup of coffee and prayer posts when I check!
Florida – I just got back from your neck of the woods 2 weeks ago. I’m back in Michigan now. And for the second year in a row I went through tornado warnings. It seems I have more problems down there then here lol.

THAT WAY I KNOW EXACTLY WHICH THREAD I NEED TO GO TO AND UNSUBSCRIBE IF I WANT. I USUALLY ONLY TRACK A THREAD FOR A SHORT TIME IF LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER OR TRYING TO HELP SOMEONE FIND ONE. I STAY SUBSCRIBED TO JPA AS IT IS MY ‘HOME’ THREAD.

Wow, that’s horrible! This happened to someone else too but I don’t remember who it was and I don’t know if or how it was resolved. I really hope you get this fixed.
