Mac User/ Firefox/ Safari or Google Chromem- Can only Play 3 Newest Games!!!
I use a new Mac with newest version of Firefox & use Safari or Google Chrome and the only games available to me are the three newest. I’ve cleared history and cookies and installed latest version Adobe Flash– and still— only the 3 newest games are available to me.
It’s getting very boring, to say the least.
Does anyone know how to remedy this problem???
(I’ve called HSN several times & done the above as suggested). Today I was told no tech people available to speak with me).
I’m afraid that the suggestions most of us give are for Windows computers. I know nothing about Macs..I would suggest you contact the Arcade Team through #37 on the Arcade Help menu. Be sure you’ve tried all the suggestions under The Tech section of the Help Menu first. You’ll need to give them several pieces of information:
1. Device type (Mac computer)
2 Browser and version
3 games affected
4 as specifically as you can, explain what’s happening when you try to play
Be sure to include in the email that you’ve tried all the suggestions in the Tech section. They have to be able to re-create the problem in order to give you more help. If could be that there’s been some sort of update to Mac’s that’s causing the problems. It also could be that that’s part of the major update they’re working on. Hopefully, you’ll get an answer that either helps you to play the games or lets you know they’re working on the problem.
What Trekky said to do was to go to #32 on the Arcade Help menu. while using Edge. She said it would ask you a question and then a popup would appear asking if you want to “allow” Flash Player for this site. Allowing Flash Player should fix the problems.
Have you guys tried this? It just fixed my game issues.
i dont want to play 3 newest games, i want to play the games i have been playing for years.
I have a chromebook 11, And i only play 3 games none of which i can get any more, i played every day so its really getting on my last nerve, i dont understand why they done this.
If you’re using Chrome, make sure it hasn’t disabled flash. That seems to happen sometimes. These are the directions I found online:
Enabling Flash for Google Chrome (Windows/Macintosh)
To enable Flash for all websites, open your Chrome browser and type chrome://settings/content in the address bar, then press enter(1). Then on the Content Settings page, scroll down to Flash and select the button next to ‘Allow sites to run Flash’.
