Lizzie, where is the link to get help for issues in the arcade? Also the guidelines? I thought I knew, I can’t find them.
Why isn’t there a link to the rules and to help boldly posted at the top as the very first thing people see?

Yes, that is what I was looking for. I have a broken tooth and waiting until my dental insurance kicks in Dec 1st (if I don’t die first, my excuse and I’m sticking to it). I can’t even find my new shoes! I’m not kidding. And the new house isn’t that big. WHERE ARE MY SHOES???
Anyway, thank you both. Let’s hope now I can coherently report the issue with the Today’s Special Puzzle.
Hi Myra, I think what you’re looking for to get help for the Arcade is #37 in the Arcade Menu. You can find it here. Be sure that you check out the Tech tips just above it first or you’ll get the standard “clear cache and cookies” answer.
The Community Guidelines are in the right hand column at the bottom of all the pages (I think). This is the link to it. EDIT: Make that the left hand column.
Let me know if this is not what you’re looking for.
Myra, look at the top of the main game page and click on “help” which is on the far right. I have no idea where the guidelines are now though.
