Jumping screens, wrong sites and lost posts
Just a real agonizing pain. What can be done to fix this? Inquiring minds would like to know…Ronnie
Candace, I’m sorry but those suggestions have never helped. This has been going on since the forum changed to the new format last year and has gotten progressively worse. When talking to the Arcade Team about this I was told it was an ANCHORING PROBLEM with the program. Apparently it’s never been fixed. The url, the browsers, whether or not you have a bookmark, none of it makes any difference. Just like posts disappearing. BTW, it doesn’t happen on my Android tablet…but OMGoodness. On my desktop…I need Dramamine!
Personally…I’ve had no issuess.
Out of curiosity and because the variety of factors that can affect one’s ability to do anything on the Net…
What kind of device…desktop, laptop, tablet, phone?
Operating system…Windows, Apple, Android…updated?
Browser…seems like there are now dozens. And then there are tons of settings.
Virus protection…Norton, in the past has given me issues on stuff…add to that I now also run additional malware protection.
Your ISP…man, they can cause fits!
Lots and lots of variables that can impact correct operation of sites, that are not related to the site itself.
Kathzy, I’m sorry your experiencing site issues. There are a few tips I can suggest that usually fixes the issues you’re experiencing.
Please review section # 32 & 33 in Arcade Help troubleshooting tips.
Then, close and reopen a new browser and load HSN.com from the URL and not from favorites or a bookamrk. This will load the latest site updates and should correct the issues you are experiencing.
