it’s been almost 3 months! I cannot load the jigsaw puzzle. when is this going to be fixed? I would dearly love to play it. I have posted on here before and no answer yet. thank you.
I’m having the same problem
Got a response back from the Arcade Team for my problem–not sure if it will help you or not. I had to have a new hard disk installed last week, so I’m using browser access that hadn’t been used before. Turned out that Adobe Flash Player was not activated in Chrome or Edge. Did the step in the Tech Section and now I have the puzzle on all my browsers.
I’m sorry for your frustration, @beppe ; but posting in the Community won’t get anything in the Arcade fixed because the Arcade Team doesn’t read the forums and the mods have become mostly non-existent. Also many of the problems are specific to devices or operating systems or a combination of those and other factors.
I’ve only had a couple of issues with the puzzle since they “upgraded” the Arcade. Today, the Puzzle seems to be loading in IE, but not in Chrome or Edge. (Just getting a blank white box.) I’ll report that issue to the Arcade Team. Since you’re having a recurring problem, I would suggest you jump through the hoops in the Tech Section of the Arcade Help menu and then contact the Arcade Team through #37 on that menu. (If you skip the hoops, you’ll get a clear cache and cookies response.)
Be sure to tell them what you’ve tried to fix the problem, what device, browser, operating system, you’re using and which specific games are affected. They need to be able to reproduce the problem in order to resolve it.
