Jigsaw Puzzle 7/4/17 – Runtime Error
I successfully played the puzzle several times today. Then I played in under 8 minutes and got a “Runtime Error” message saying the application request had terminated. No Points.
So I cleared everything, shut down & restarted, and tried again. This time I completed the puzzle in under 7 minutes and got the same message, and again was not awarded points. So, 400 points down the drain, and frustration ensues.
That is frustrating, @missanthrope First check your rewards history to be sure you really didn’t get the tickets. You can find it by clicking on your name in the Arcade and going to the “Reward History” tab. If your tickets are not showing up there, you’ll need to contact the Arcade Team. Let them know the approximate time you played along with the above information. You can contact them by going to #37 in the Arcade Help FAQ’s here. They probably aren’t working today, so it will probably be Wednesday or Thursday before you get a response.
Yes, I checked my Rewards History before posting this, and points were not rewarded.
Thanks for your help. I’ll try the puzzle again a little later and see if the glitch resolves itself.

I have also noticed (more than usual) lately that the puzzle is much different that the one shown when you start, some even in a different category of items?
@conniesue62 I’ve had the same thing happening. The items that are showing up seem to be “This Day Only” specials, and there are more than normal right now because it’s HSN’s birthday month. The Arcade Team is aware of the problem and is investigating. They say that the puzzle picture is chosen automatically, so it’s taking some time to figure out what’s happening. I will post if I hear anything more on it. Since HSN can’t tell which puzzle you’re doing, the prize awarded will still be the value of the actual Today’s Special.

I just tried the puzzle, seemed to give tickets okay
I just tried the puzzle in both Chrome and Edge and didn’t have any problems.
It seems to be working for me now, too. Must’ve been a temporary glitch.
