I NEED THE HELP OF AN HSN MANAGER!!! IT HAS TO DO WITH ERASED ARCADE TICKETS. ***PLEASE ADD 100 TICKETS TO MY HSN ARCADE ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!***
TODAY IS MONDAY, 5/15/17.
I ENTERED THE DAILY CODE- YOUROCK.
I EARNED 300 TICKETS.
WHEN THE 300 TICKETS WENT TO POST, 100 TICKETS GOT ERASED.
***PLEASE FIX THIS!!!***
CAN A MANAGER PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL AND FIX THIS ISSUE FOR ME?.

josephinea, I don’t think the managers can help you with this. In the past when there’s been a ticket problem, they’ve instructed people to contact the Arcade Team. You can contact them from #37 in the Help Menu in the Arcade or by going here.
i just got an email from the hsn arcade fulfillment people
contradicting the fact that i am owed 100 tickets. they trusted
and went according to the current numbers reflected by the computer system.
i’m not happy about it. but, at this point there’s nothing
that i can do about it. what angers me the most about this is
that i saw the numbers change right in front of my eyes. i know what
i saw. i just wish that the people at the hsn arcade fulfillment center
would have supported me. i play the arcade every day. i don’t feel that
i deserved this treatment. again, i’m not happy.
