HSN is going downhill
The APP was good until Nov., now it just gets worse daily. Slow loading for shopping, games won’t give points and freezes. Can’t even go to Safari and play games now. What the heck is wrong with HSN tech support? Are they all on permanent vacation? Frustration is not something I wish to deal with at HSN, I have enough in my life. If this keeps up, I am seriously thinking about deleting the APP and dropping HSN altogether. If I have to get upset to shop or play games, I don’t need them. I can play some of the same games on the AARP site, and there are other shopping networks.

Honey I just returned to Hsn so it cannot be. I really think it has improved. Do you have an app storethat offers a hold over I hope you are wrong as I am finding some adorable loung wear.Eve
amop, welcome to the forums. I’m sorry you’re having so many problems. I know how frustrating that can be. Check out the thread HSN Mobile Games Issues for some info about what’s going on. Also, I think Erica posted yesterday that they should have a new app within a couple of days.
