HSN ARCADE: rewards store
the rewards store has been the same for the last week and a half. It has the same dates but no new items. what is wrong?
Usually that means a chance to win other things other than what is in the rewards store. As far as I can tell, there will still be other prizes.
What do you mean by “Usually that means a chance to win other things other than what is in the rewards store.”? There should always be prizes to win in the rewards store including the other prizes.
I am confused by what you are saying. I don’t think that you are saying it’s OK to remove prizes from the rewards store!
I see that they have now added some items to the later weeks. I wrote to HSN when they asked for my feedback and told them no arcade – no purchases. I told them they were losing good customers due to the lack of attention and ill treatment of arcade customers, some which are/were very large purchasers.
I also mentioned that we spoke to each other about our purchases and often encouraged others to buy. This no longer happens. They wanted to know how social media affected my buying. Well YOUR social media HSN is KILLLING my desire to buy. Don’t mistreat your customers. Not in any forum. Not in any way.
I hope you’re right oodiebom, I’ve NEVER seen it completely empty like this before. It’s gone down from 4-5 pages to 3, 2, 1 NONE.
I just saw the preview for the prizes for the month of November and all they show are the alternate entries for the GOTW! NO PRIZES, NONE! Does this mean no more prizes? Which means no more point in earning tickets, which means no more point in playing? Which means no more point in watching and buying?
The prizes in the Rewards Store change at 12:01 a.m. on Fridays. They’ve only been the same as they are now since last Friday. If you are really getting the same prizes as last week, you might try clearing your cache and coming in through the HSN URL instead of through a favorite or bookmark.
