HSN Arcade Enhancements for 2015
Since the launch of HSN Arcade, our goal has been to give you a fun place to play and win while shopping HSN. We’ve released dozens of fun games, awarded thousands of prizes, launched innovative game features across our site, and made many new Arcade friends right here in the Community.
We are focused on continuing to make your Arcade experience better and to do that, we will be removing My Missions and badges on Wednesday, 1/21/2015. This change will allow us to dedicate time and resources on bringing you more of what you love about Arcade.
1. More Games! New and exciting games are coming and we’ll expand the number of games available on HSN Mobile.
2. More Tickets! We’re adding more ways for you to earn tickets throughout HSN.com
3. More Rewards! Increased reward product prizes offered and bigger, better “experience HSN” sweepstakes.

I hate that every time I load a game it freezes my computer for 2 to 3 minutes
I am enjoying several new attempts in the arcade. The puzzle is going to be fun….

It would be nice if ‘Rewards/Tickets’ had some kind of value, such as a small percentage off a purchase (obviously with set limits). But with the profusion of scoring (by some) which has been discussed here, perhaps not something that could be done equitably. And, telling customers to ‘treat themselves’ with something from the Rewards ‘Store’ isn’t feasible when it’s determined by chance in a raffle format. Thus, a system which actually would allow using Tickets toward a purchase would be a great incentive.
I’m a very minor player in the Games, compared to many, but am looking forward to the upcoming changes.

I enjoy the games, and earning tickets to possibly win prizes. I agree with some of the other folks that have stated it would be a help if there were a tutorial on how to play some of the games. I tend to avoid those that I have never played nor heard of. To be able to understand and play some others would be nice. Might I also suggest some more reward prizes that are geared to men? The kitchen tools and tablets/computers are great, but I have no need for the makeup etc. I think those prizes are wonderful for the ladies, but maybe a few more geared towards men.
I love all the games. Some I don’t know how to play, like Bridge, Backgammon, etc. I would love to learn to play. Personally, I like the Vegas style slot machine games, as I am disabled and can no longer go to Vegas. I also like games like Spin2Win, Trizzle, Pegland, and Alus. These games make sense to me. If there is anyway to learn the other games, I would love it. Being disabled I play quite a lot, and would like a variety of games I understand or can learn. I really appreciate the games and the chance to win prizes. When you’re at home all day, the Arcade is quite important in my life. The only problem I have is that I am computer literate, but even after cleaning history, etc., changing browsers, and all the other things you’re automatically told when your games freeze or play in slow motion, I know it’s not a problem on my end. By the way, I have a new computer, with lots of memory, so there should be no problems with that. I keep all apps up-to-date, but still hear the generic speech. I realize some people don’t know to do this, so I understand why you have to inform players to do this. It’s a little annoying to hear it everytime you have a problem with a game, even when you advise them that I have done all the usual maintenance. I just tried the Space Hunt game and it froze twice. I’m sure you’re working out the kinks, so I understand. Maybe if someone at HSN could play the games to make sure there are no bugs. I think that would result in fewer calls, email, etc. When the games run smoothly, it would be beneficial for all of us. Didn’t mean to go on a rant about negative things. We really do appreciate the opportunity to play games, and have a chance to win prizes. Thanks a lot for all your work to make our arcade experience more fun.

Hi Dave, good news for the new year. Just a couple of suggestions on new games. I would love to see Spider Solataire and if any way possible an additional jigsaw puzzle. Love the puzzle and solataire games.
One other thing, when you changed Flip out, I can no longer play that on my computer. Get different messages saying I have to change or upgrade. Can’t do either. Any chance on going back to old format?
